Scripture teaches that each person should “lead the life that the Lord has assigned to him, and to which God has called him” (1 Cor. 7:17). This divine calling to live different kinds of lives is what scholars call “vocation,” and at Knox Classical, we seek faculty and staff who regard their professional role as an opportunity to live out their faith in love and service to our school community.
Most positions at Knox Classical are part-time roles designed around our hybrid schedule (Mondays and Wednesdays on campus). Teaching positions require a Bachelor's degree. All employees must fully agree with the school's Statement of Faith and have a strong commitment to classical Christian education.

Educators at Knox Classical lead students in learning as an act of worship unto God, and model the life-long pursuit of worshipful learning through continued study, including leisurely reading, training events, and further degree programs.
Knox Classical educators understand the philosophy of a liberal arts education, proactively strive to implement classical pedagogy in the classroom and assignments for home days, and work towards mastery-level understanding of the classroom curricula.
Knox Classical educators further the collaborative mission of the school by devoting themselves to the discipleship of their students—striving together with parents to train students in Christ-like habits and virtue—and supporting the parents in the education of their children on home days. They foster healthy relationships with administrators, parents, and students through regular and thorough communication, and model charity, servanthood, encouragement, and hope amongst co-workers.
